At Dust Planet LLC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Personal protective items (e.g., dust masks, gloves) once opened

Cleaning cloths and other sanitary-use products that have been used
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
